Merkaba is a playful journey of self-discovery. Through an innovative board game workshop, participants connect with elemental wisdom and their spirit animal ally to develop self-awareness, release what no longer serves them, and find inner harmony.

About the 'Merkaba' experience

Merkaba is an immersive and nurturing group experience that helps you explore, grow, and reconnect with your true self while forging meaningful connections with others. With the help of our qualified team and specifically designed playful activities, you'll learn simple self-awareness and self-regulation skills to support your wellbeing, enhance your life balance, and build supportive community networks.

The experience draws on the 5 elements (earth, air, fire, water, space) and invites players to experiment and experience how these elements are reflected on the inside of us, in the body, mind, and spirit. Held by qualified practitioners and drawing on the power of group process, we will dive deep into ourselves, connect authentically with one another, and emerge transformed together.
Wow! The Merkaba Experience is a sensory, multilayered and magical ceremony into the self and collective field. Playful, simple and engaging. I left feeling like my body, mind and soul had been lit up, nurtured and opened in a completely new and fascinating way. Deeply moving and insightful as well as silly and light. This weekend I had the pleasure of participating in the Merkaba experience with a group of beautiful souls at @mindnaturestudio. I was excited and nervous but was put entirely at ease by the generosity of our guides and the openness of the group. I really enjoyed the multi layered elements to the game. There were fun and playful elements as well as meditative, contemplative moments. The whole thing was a feast of sensory experiences, extremely creative with beautiful details. It was an honour to have been asked to help paint the board for this and bring some of the vision to life. I feel like I learned at a lot and would be ready to dive into the next phase of the game.
