Welcome to the 'Merkaba' experience 

The overall experience comes in the form of an enhanced board game workshop and acts as empowering solution that educates and equips individuals with self-regulating and self-awareness tools to promote sustainable wellbeing and balance.

 

 

Thank you to everyone who attended the Merkaba workshop on Sunday. Together, we experienced a beautiful deepening of awareness and connection with each other and the natural world.

About the 'Merkaba' experience

Merkaba is an immersive and nurturing group experience that helps you explore, grow, and reconnect with your true self. With the help of our qualified team and specifically designed playful activities, you’ll learn simple self-awareness and self-regulation skills to support your wellbeing and enhance your life balance.

The experience draws on the 5 elements (earth, air, fire, water, space) and invites players to experiment and experience how these elements are reflected on the inside of us, in the body, mind, and the spirit. Held by qualified practitioners and drawing on the power of group process, we will dive deep into ourselves and emerge transformed.
